$9,235 in ads taught me how to get leads for $11.62. Here’s the whole system.

The lead system an independent agent actually runs, with the compliance rules built in. Zuriel Kinlock, a licensed agent in Delray Beach, Florida, walks through what Google, Bing and Facebook actually bought him, the three changes that turned it around, and the three ways you can get the same setup.

One agent, one ad account per platform, leads in Florida and Texas. Your market, budget and follow-up will be different.

What the money bought

Four months, three platforms, one expensive education.

I started in mid-June 2026 with one goal: a steady flow of leads before the fall selling season. Here is what each channel actually cost per lead.

  • Google Search~$50 a lead
  • Bing (Microsoft Ads)~$122 a lead
  • Campaigns that bought nothing$1,445 for 0 leads
  • Facebook, month one$44 a lead
  • Facebook lead forms, Sep 29 – Oct 5$11.62 a lead
What changed

Three changes, not a secret.

The cost per lead did not drop because of a hack. It dropped when three things were fixed at the same time.

  1. 1

    Automations

Every new lead gets a text within about two minutes, and during calling hours an AI assistant calls a few minutes later and books them straight onto my calendar. Nobody waits a day on me.

  2. 2

    Creatives

I stopped running ads that talked to everybody. The ads that work ask one honest question about the viewer’s own situation, and the right people raise their hand. The creative is the targeting.

  3. 3

    One channel

Facebook lead forms. A campaign starts at $20 a day and gets three to four days to prove itself. No leads by then? It’s off, and the next angle goes up.

Compliance, built in

The required disclaimer wording changed on October 1. Does your website still carry the old line?

Every playbook, template and text in Agent Launch was rewritten for the rules in force now, and it gets updated when they change again.

The 2027 marketing rules, already applied

The new required disclaimer wording, read before any plan talk, on every page and in every script. The 48-hour appointment-scope wait is gone, and the follow-up is built for that.

Texting that actually gets delivered

Texts under 160 characters, no links in automated messages, the carrier word list, an opt-out line on the first text, and number validation so landlines and dead numbers never get texted.

Meta’s rules for regulated advertisers

The special ad category, the restricted-category pixel rules and how to run lead campaigns inside both: Instant Forms, $20 a day, a verdict on day 3–4.

TCPA consent on every form

Consent language that matches how the follow-up actually contacts people, TrustedForm certificates stored with every lead, and an AI assistant that says what it is.

Educational material, not legal advice. The playbooks apply the rules; the sign-off is yours, your FMO’s and your counsel’s.

Three ways to get it

Pick how much of it you want to do yourself.

Every tier includes the Agent Launch Blueprint. The CRM and Done-For-You tiers add my hands.

Founding-client offer

Setup fee waived for the first three clients.

Regular setup is $500 for the CRM and $1,500 for Done‑For‑You. For the first three clients, or until Friday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, whichever comes first, it’s $0. The monthly or yearly price, usage at cost, and the Done‑For‑You three-month minimum are unchanged.

Why: I want three agents running this alongside me this fall, with their results on this page next to mine.

Inside the Blueprint (every tier)

Fifteen playbooks, written for your assistant to read.

It isn’t a course you sit through. You install it once, then ask your assistant for what you need, and it builds it with the compliance rules applied. Every lesson came from a real agent’s build, run with real money from June to October 2026.

Claude edition

A skill that loads automatically when you ask Claude for help with your marketing. Works in claude.ai, the desktop app and Claude Code.

Universal edition

The same playbook as a system prompt plus 15 knowledge files, for ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or any other assistant.

Buyer’s manual

Twelve short sections: what you need, how to install it, your first conversation, the build order, and the standing rules.

Is it for you?

Built for one kind of agent.

This is for you if

  • You are a licensed independent agent, or an agency, in good standing in the states you market.
  • You want your own leads from your own ads, not a vendor’s shared list.
  • You can fund $20 a day in ad spend and give a campaign three or four days.
  • You would rather follow a setup that was paid for already than pay for the same lessons yourself.
  • You use, or are willing to use, an AI assistant like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.

This is not for you if

  • You are not licensed, or you want to market into states where you are not.
  • You want a promise of leads, appointments or sales. Nobody honest can make one.
  • You want someone to work your leads or sell for you. Every tier stops at the handoff: your leads stay yours.
  • You expect to skip compliance. The playbooks apply the rules; the sign-off is yours, your FMO’s and your counsel’s.
Questions

Before you buy.

What is the founding-client offer?

Regular setup is $500 for the CRM and $1,500 for Done-For-You. The first three clients, or anyone who buys before Friday, October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, pay no setup fee: the checkout shows $0 setup while the offer is on. The monthly or yearly price, usage at cost and the Done-For-You three-month minimum are the same as always. After the third client or the deadline, the regular setup fee returns and this offer comes off the page.

Can I see the CRM before I buy?

Yes. Book a 30-minute demo on Zoom and I’ll walk you through the account I run my own business on: the lead pipeline, the follow-up texts and emails, the AI assistant that calls new leads, and what setup with you looks like. No charge, no pitch script.

Do I need Claude?

No. The Claude edition is a skill that loads when you ask Claude for marketing help. The Universal edition is the same playbook as a system prompt plus 15 knowledge files for ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot or any other assistant. Both are in the download.

Is this a course?

No. There are no videos to sit through. The playbooks are written for your assistant to read, so you ask for what you need (“build my landing page,” “write three Facebook ads for my market,” “set up my new-lead texts”) and it builds it the way the playbook says. The manual is twelve short sections.

Will this get me leads?

I can’t promise that, and I don’t. The numbers on this page are mine, from my own accounts, and your market, licenses, budget, offer, follow-up and compliance choices will all be different. What you get is the exact setup, the rules I follow, and the $20-a-day, day-3–4 test that keeps a bad campaign from draining you.

What about compliance?

The playbooks apply the 2027 marketing rules for the senior market (including the required disclaimer wording), Meta’s special ad category, and TCPA consent for texting and calling. They are educational material, not legal advice. Compliance sign-off belongs to you, your FMO and your counsel.

Is it only for one market?

It’s written for independent agents in the senior and individual markets. The ad results here are senior-market leads in Florida and Texas, and the strategy playbook is written for that market first (turning 65, switchers, dual-eligibles). The website, funnel, tracking, CRM and ad playbooks apply to individual-market work just as well.

How does billing work?

The Blueprint renews yearly until you cancel in your member portal. The CRM renews monthly or yearly; usage (texts, calls, AI voice minutes, emails, numbers and carrier fees) is invoiced monthly at my cost. Done-For-You bills monthly with a three-month minimum. Each checkout shows the exact charges and links to its terms before you pay: Blueprint license, CRM terms, Done-For-You agreement.

For Done-For-You, what do I pay Meta?

Your ad spend, from your own ad account, at least $20 a day. It never goes through me and it is never raised without your approval. You own the ad account, the domain, the leads and the paid creative.

Do you work my leads or sell to them?

Never. Every tier stops at the handoff. Your leads and your data are yours, and the CRM terms and the Done-For-You agreement say so in writing.
